As an Owner Operator leased to ICD, it has been a pleasant experience. There's no pressure to run in bad weather, they're very flexible, consistent and understanding of my home time. ICD doesn't nickel and dime me so I see more money in my pocket. And there's no micro-management. They give me options, I choose, and won't hear from them until I'm ready for next dispatch. Overall, it’s been a positive experience for me.
