Features of the Peterbilt truck begins with a narrower hood and grille design that cuts perfectly through the air. Front air dams, revamped chassis fairings, and optional 28-inch side extenders work together to keep airflow compact to the truck. Turbulence around the rear wheels and on to the trailer is reduced due to the tandem axle fairings and new wind-slick wheel covers.
